CODE OF ETHICS
Discover The Confederation
LATIC It was founded by a group of people who share and firmly believe in the values of commitment, mutual respect for others, respect for the environment, and the desire to live with dignity, upholding the worth of the individual and respecting human rights.
Our work must reflect an uncompromising commitment to respect for human rights and the dignity of the individual in all its forms and expressions, whilst avoiding all forms of discrimination.
In carrying out their work, our members adhere to the principles of integrity, honesty, fairness, sincerity, confidentiality and professionalism.
We propose a sustainable cultural model that is relevant today and beneficial for the future. We work to promote a culture of sustainability by providing tools, support and resources to foster sustainable cultural processes at the community, institutional and corporate levels. The values we uphold are: ethics, innovation, inclusion, networking, sustainability and awareness.
WHY A CODE OF ETHICS?
The decision to adopt a Code of Ethics for the Association is driven by the conviction that the proper application of the rules contained therein can help to improve the conduct of those to whom it is addressed, and by thethe hope that its provisions will be understood and embraced by all as a concrete demonstration of the Dire Fare Cambiare Association’s stance towards civil society.
The Code is an effective means of preventing irresponsible or unlawful behaviour on the part of those acting in the name of or on behalf of the Association, as it sets out a clear definition of ethical and social responsibilities towards all those directly or indirectly involved in the Association’s activities.

LATIC was founded in Abruzzo, a region dedicated to tourism where the sea and the mountains blend seamlessly to offer immersive tourist experiences that allow visitors to fully enjoy adventure and the joy of life.
LATIC's headquarters, immersed in the Lecceta regional nature reserve in the municipality of Torino di Sangro, is located close to the Via Verde, a 50-km cycle and pedestrian path that runs along the sea and the trabocchi from Ortona to San Salvo, and built on the former railway track that ran along the Adriatic coast.
